Product Description:

Urimat eco is a lightweight urinal made of unique, injection-moulded polymer which provides improved durability without an additional coating. Product differs from usual waterless urinals by operating without chemical sealing liquid, eliminating the danger of being flushed away under pressure or sucked out of the system if vacuum develops. Multiple seal odour trap insert blocks odour from escaping into the room, while the extremely smooth surface prevents development of mould and bacteria that cause unpleasant smells. Urimat eco also is specially designed to prevent splashing and to withstand static stress.

ECOSPECIFIER ISSUES OF CONCERN / RED LIGHTS

Minor issue: Product is made of polycarbonate which is based on non-renewable fossil fuel petrochemical polymer. However, if the product is to be recycled (after usable life) this investment in resources would be partially off-set through reduced material use in the future.
