ProFace™ concrete forming panels are specifically engineered and manufactured for high levels of multiple re-use depending on the grade specified.
Product Description:
ProFace™ panels are fabricated from wood originated from FSC-certified sources. Panels are available in exceptionally smooth PSF, HDO and MDO surfaces with hardwood veneer faces for superior strength and durability.
Panels are shipped with Nox-Crete’s Edge Flex 235 edge seal reducing moisture absorption and minimising swelling.
ProFace™ concrete forming panels withstand continuous contact with dilute acids, alkaline, organic chemicals and many neutral acids, increasing panel uses. Panels feature improved resistance to alkalinity, water, abrasion and wear. Engineered for greater strength, stiffness and dimensional stability. Product provides consistent results pour after pour.

ISSUES OF CONCERN / RED LIGHTS
Products contain wood. Dust from sawing and forming operations will contain 78% - 85% soft wood dust, similar to any other wood products. Wood dust has been classed as carcinogenic to humans (Group 1), according to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). Precautions for workers such as reducing exposure to product in dust form and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), mitigate potential issues to low risk in accordance with an ecospecifier Risk Assessment.
